Someone's Asleep in my Bed! Meme

Ah, end of the day and you're ready to take a load off. Time to go flop on your bed and catch some Z's and then---

Whoa. wait who is that? There's someone on your bed.... What do now?

Or coversely you could have gone to get some shut eye and suddenly you wake up in someone elses' bed!

Really, everything and anything goes-- but somebody is not in their own bed.

You aught to know the drill on how these things work by now, have at it.

[She is, but he isn't. He's aware of her, but it's more a sense of her Light and innocence than that there's a child in his nest of blankets piled atop the bed. She's going to have a heck of a time getting away and out from under his wing without waking him, though.]

[She's not actually worried about doing it without waking him, though! In fact, once she finally does realize that those are his wings she's lying under, great big gorgeous feathery wings, any fear she had before disappears and she reaches over to start shaking him to wake him up.]

Wake up!

Mmmm?

[He opens one eye halfway to look at her, the other half of his face buried in a down-feather pillow.]

[She stops immediately, drawing her hands back. She's whispering, as loud as little girls can whisper, because she feels bad for waking him up.]

You're gonna squish me.

[That has him blinking some more, before his arm loosens around her and that wing lifts a bit. Mostly to see her better. He's not quite aware of what's happened, but it doesn't seem too terribly upsetting. Sure, he isn't used to discovering himself snuggling up to people in his bed, but her being a child doesn't set off much in the way of warning bells. If it's all the same to her, he'd like to go back to sleep. His eye is closing again, in fact.]

Sorry, Kairi...

It's okay.

[She doesn't really mind, since he's obviously an angel. Kairi knows about angels, and she trusts him more than anything right now.]

I dunno how I got here, but can I still sleep?

Mmhm. As long as you like.

[How long until she realizes she's smelling sugar cookies, and that it's mostly coming from his wings and hair?]

[Not long, and when she does she'll never want to go home again.]

[Whoops, he might have some explaining to do to her normal caretakers if she gets her way. He's a big pushover for children though. Especially ones that look like his friends.]

[Everybody's a big pushover for Kairi. She's going to reach up to touch one of his wings, by he way. Very, very gently.]

[Riku's eye cracks open to peek at her, but otherwise he doesn't budge. If she looks at his face, his eye will quickly close again.]

[She does look at him, but doesn't say anything else when she sees that. She just beams at him, silently, and snuggles back down.]

[He shifts to be more on his side, wings drawing up close to his back. Once he's settled, he's going to reach out to cuddle her close again before stretching his wing out over her like a blanket. He's taking care not to squish her this time, and now she can easily pet his wing all she wants.]

[She will happily do so.]

[If he could purr, he would. Instead he's just going to spread his wing a little more, pressing his nose into her hair and nuzzling a little.]
