Ah, end of the day and you're ready to take a load off. Time to go flop on your bed and catch some Z's and then---

Or coversely you could have gone to get some shut eye and suddenly you wake up in someone elses' bed!

Really, everything and anything goes-- but somebody is not in their own bed.

[Whoops, he might have some explaining to do to her normal caretakers if she gets her way. He's a big pushover for children though. Especially ones that look like his friends.]

[Being hit with an arm helps wake him up a bit. At least enough to open his eyes and prop himself up to stare sleepily at his bedmate. Silver hair isn't unusual and he smells familiar enough, so it's not bad yet. He reaches over to gently shake Riku.]

... I'm Kira. And you're in my bed.

[Riku's eye cracks open to peek at her, but otherwise he doesn't budge. If she looks at his face, his eye will quickly close again.]

[Riku's sleeping in long sleeved cotton pajamas, but that doesn't contribute much to how warm he is. He makes a faint whine in the back of his throat, but doesn't otherwise respond to the shake.]

I guess it'll have to do until I can smuggle you out.

[Kira walks to a pair of double doors and throws them open so she can turn on the lights in her closet]

No, the DR just put you in my bed. Don't you remember? We were just talking about it!

[At least he's clothed. But if he's not going to wake up, Riku's going to leave him alone and try to go back to sleep himself. After replacing the blanket over both of them, anyway.]

[She does look at him, but doesn't say anything else when she sees that. She just beams at him, silently, and snuggles back down.]

[Nope. That blanket won't last five minutes before it's kicked off again. Riku's starting to shift restlessly again soon after that, before the quiet is broken by a piercing scream.]

[He shifts to be more on his side, wings drawing up close to his back. Once he's settled, he's going to reach out to cuddle her close again before stretching his wing out over her like a blanket. He's taking care not to squish her this time, and now she can easily pet his wing all she wants.]

[Fsdkgha! That scream causes him to sit up, pretty much completely awake now, and a bit worried. Riku's getting shaken again in an another attempt to wake him up.]

... uhm. Well, we argued. And then you started crying and I don't know exactly why.

Chances if night falls before that, I'll be perfectly strong enough to walk out unnoticed on my own.

[He'll take a little while to make his way over there even just to look. Since the act of standing feels like he's working against 100 times earth gravity and there's no immediate danger there's no call to expend his energy unnecessarily.]

[The shaking only makes him scream again, arms coming up to cover his head protectively, even though it's a weak move in his sleep. Has Riku figured out it's a nightmare?]

[He has now. He does stop shaking Riku, and gently tries to move his arms away from his head.]
